Polydiam Plate Makers

Manufactured by Polydiam these Plate Makers allow you to produce Polymer plates at home for any hot foil machine or small letterpress machine at a fraction of the cost of having a block made, you control the costs and from start to finish the whole process can be achieved in under 45 minutes. There are several machines in the range depending on your budget and usage required.

Polydiam Rubber Stamp Machines

Again a wide range of machines to suit any application these machine can be used to create traditional style rubber stamps ideal for crafters, greetings card makers and commercial uses as well as the ‘Trodat' style self inking stamps and vulcanised rubber stamps. Please ask about the range.

Omnicroms

The Omnicrom Machine is ideal for sublimation foil printing Sublimation foil printing is using a special foil that can be placed over an item that has either gone through a photocopier or laser printing and has toner on it, then with heat and pressure the foil will adhere only to those area's where the toner is present and turning those area's the colour of the foil used. Ideal for Wedding Invites, Greetings cards, one off items and small quantity runs. Please read article in section under sublimation hot foil printing for further explanation.

Sublimation Plates

Used for Sublimation Foil Printing very much like the Omnicrom, you would put the sublimation plate onto your hot foil printer (thus not needing another type of machine) and then sublimation foil your product. You can then turn your foil printer into a sublimation foil printer at a fraction of the cost of buying another type of machine that would do the same job. Plates can be cut to fit any size of machine on the market up to 12” square.

Sublimation Foils

I am happy to announce that we are now able to supply a range of Sublimation Foils for your hotfoil machines cut to any size you require in good old fashioned inches or thoroughly modern Centimeters.

Die Mounting Blocks and Furniture

These can be made a cut to your specification normally in ¾ “ aluminium spare die mounting blocks are ideal for keeping certain plates mounted for quick and easy set up for regular jobs or as a spare plate for permanently attachment of your Sublimation Plate . Hot Foil Type

We normally have a selection of second hand type in stock both Letterpress (which can be used for hot foiling) and Mazak/ Hot Foiling Type available we also have a stock currently of KIS Type made in France out of steel (please note that this type is continental and should not be used with British type together as the height varies slightly)

TYPE

We have just become agents for Super Type and we now have available a full range of various types from 6pt to 48pt. This type is hardened lead ( Founders Style) and not Mazak (Alloy) type , but is suitable for hot foil printing. We can also supply your lead spacers and rule.
